Yet more park news: Wheelscape have put up plans for a possible new skatepark in Teignmouth.

Wheelscape want feedback on the plans on their forum.
Apparently they've got £50-100k to spend so let's not let it go to waste!

Newton Abbot Bowl

Following on from yesterday's post about Dawlish Skate Plaza, work is underway on a concrete bowl in Newton Abbot:

It's located next to the BMX track in Decoy and plans can be found here.

Good to see Devon finally getting some concrete parks!

Dawlish Plaza

Work on a a new concrete skate plaza in Dawlish is almost complete.
Jay and myself went to have a look yesterday and I took a few photos:

The euro gap and polejam are pretty good fun, but the space at the top is a bit empty, and the flow is quite top-to-bottom. Under the tarpaulin is a seven-set with a handrail.

This should be nice: about 3ft high x 16ft wide, probably skatelite surface as its apparently a Boarding House job.
